NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: For Justin Baldoni, 2024 was quite an eventful year. His film 'It Ends With Us' released in August and after its release, a lot of drama ensued.
Baldoni will finally speak out about his "intense" year. The 'Jane the Virgin' actor and director appeared visibly emotional in a newly released teaser for his upcoming interview on the 'Gent’s Talk' podcast, where he hints at a difficult and deeply personal struggle.

Justin Baldoni breaks silence on 'anxiety' and Blake Lively legal battle
"I had an intense year," Justin Baldoni, 40, says in the clip. "This morning I sent a text message."
His voice quivered as he continued, "I had anxiety." Then, with his head in his hands, he admits, "I haven’t talked about this yet."

The brief but powerful preview leaves more questions than answers, ending with the screen fading to black. The full episode is set to air on February 10.
The weight of Baldoni’s words is impossible to ignore—especially given the storm of controversy surrounding him.
Baldoni’s emotional confession comes amid an ongoing legal feud with his 'It Ends With Us' co-star Blake Lively.
His 'Gent’s Talk' interview was filmed in November—just weeks before Lively, 37, took legal action against him.
Justin Baldoni sues Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and NYT for $400M
In December, Blake Lively filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department, accusing Justin Baldoni of harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her.
The claims, first reported by The New York Times, quickly escalated into a formal lawsuit, as per Page Six.

Baldoni, however, has denied every allegation and fired back with legal action of his own.
On January 16, he took a bold step, filing a staggering $400 million lawsuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist.
His legal battle doesn’t stop there. Baldoni also sued The New York Times for defamation, arguing that the publication’s coverage turned unproven claims into public fact.
Justin Baldoni releases 'It Ends With Us' set footage
Justin Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, gave a rare glimpse into his client’s state of mind earlier this week.
"Not to sound like a 4-year-old fighting a 4-year-old with ‘they started it,’ but in these kinds of cases, once someone says something, it becomes fact," Freedman said in a pre-trial conference, adding, "There’s no way to fight against it."
The legal drama has taken a toll. Freedman revealed that Baldoni has been “devastated financially and emotionally” by the ordeal.
And he isn’t fighting alone. Baldoni’s production company, Wayfarer Studios, along with 'It Ends With Us' producers Jamey Heath and Steve Sarowitz and publicists Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel, are all represented in the lawsuit.
Determined to clear his name, Baldoni has taken an unconventional approach—going straight to the public.

He released the raw footage from the 'It Ends With Us' set, hoping to discredit Lively’s accusations.
He even launched a website, Lawsuit Info, featuring alleged text exchanges between himself and Lively, attempting to provide context for their interactions.
Lively and Baldoni’s trial is scheduled for May 2026.
