NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE: Justin Timberlake has made a lucrative deal in Nashville's booming real estate market, selling a large 126-acre property on the city's outskirts for $8 million, all while facing ongoing backlash from his shocking DWI arrest.

The sale was completed a few weeks before Timberlake's widely reported DWI arrest in the Hamptons made headlines.

Located about 20 miles south of Nashville and just a few hours from his hometown of Memphis, the 43-year-old 'Cry Me a River' hitmaker Justin Timberlake initially listed the land in Franklin for $10 million in August 2023.

Timberlake made a substantial profit when the land was sold in May for a substantial sum, just two weeks before the celebrity's arrest. Timberlake had originally purchased the plot for $4 million in 2015, per Daily Mail.

The property offers expansive views of the mountains and ample open space, making it ideal for activities like mountain biking, fishing, and horseback riding.

The property boasts everything a nature lover could desire, from stone walls to its close proximity to the charming community of Leiper's Fork.

The development-protected property features miles of trails, grasslands, spring creeks, and a fishing pond fed by natural springs. It also provides opportunities for hunting.

The new purchase will also have famous neighbors nearby, including Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Trisha Yearwood, Tim McGraw, and Faith Hill.

The property, with its two separate entrances, offers a secluded haven for outdoor enthusiasts looking to escape the hustle and bustle. A covered bridge at one of the main gates warmly welcomes guests with a rustic ambiance.

Dobyns Branch Creek, flowing through the region and nourishing the densely vegetated terrain, is a draw for those who appreciate proximity to water.

The Nashville real estate market has been thriving, fueled by an influx of newcomers from places like Los Angeles. According to Redfin (reported by the New York Post), the median transaction price of luxury properties in the metro area rose by 8% annually to approximately $1.7 million in the first quarter of 2024.

The former 'N Sync member, a Tennessee native, utilized a trust for his purchase, with an accountant connected to other Timberlake ventures serving as the trustee.

Nashville property apparently sale coincides with Justin Timberlake's struggles and poor tour sales

Justin Timberlake's efforts to sell out seats for his 'Forget Tomorrow World Tour' are happening at the same time as this Nashville property sale.

Sales for the tour have been sluggish since it was announced on Jimmy Fallon's late-night show in January. There are still thousands of tickets available for upcoming dates in Chicago and New York.

The tour has already generated $140 million in revenue. However, some of this may be in jeopardy following Timberlake's recent arrest.

On June 18, in an announcement, the Sag Harbor Police Department reported that Timberlake had been "observed operating a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street, failing to stop at a duly posted stop sign, and failing to maintain his lane of travel" early that morning.

He was taken into custody, processed, and held until his arraignment the following morning, as it was found that he had been "operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition."

In addition to one DWI conviction, the 'Mirrors' singer also received two citations for failing to stop at a stop sign and failing to stay in his lane.
