Kanye West received cheers from attendees who were present outside the court. Sean "Diddy" Combs' son King Combs and defense attorney Xavier Donaldson welcomed the rapper.

When a reporter asked the 'Donda' hitmaker if he was at the court to support Diddy, he nodded and replied, "Yes".

He was reportedly taken into an overflow room for a few minutes and was accompanied by three security guards.

He exited the court a little over 40 minutes after his arrival.

West was not allowed into the main courtroom because his name was not included on a list of Diddy’s friends and family that was needed to be submitted in advance to the court marshals, Page Six reported.

An insider informed CNN on Thursday that West had been in touch with Diddy's son King about attending the trial with the Combs family.

The source also mentioned that West and King are currently working together on music, per the outlet.

West has repeatedly voiced his support for Diddy, often describing him as an excellent father, since his incarceration.

Furthermore, he is one of the few people who have expressed support for the music mogul since his downfall.
