LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kanye West took to social media to urge President Donald Trump to pardon rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and also slammed celebrities for not speaking in defence of the arrested rapper.

He wrote the phrase “Free Puff” on his Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) accounts, and later added that he felt the Black community needed to rally around Diddy, according to Daily Mail.

Diddy was arrested on September 16, 2024, in New York City as part of a federal investigation into sex trafficking, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Interestingly, Diddy had earlier won three Grammy Awards and achieved multiple chart-topping hits before he was arrested in 2024.

Kanye West unfollowed pop icon Taylor Swift on Instagram after claiming last week that he only follows her on the social media app. Moreover, he now seems to follow just four people on Instagram - Bianca Censori, Justin Combs, Christian Combs, and Diddy, as the time of filing this story.
