WASHINGTON, DC: White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt delivered a chilling message about the future of the United States, claiming the nation is on the verge of collapse unless major changes are implemented.

Speaking on Fox News, Leavitt stated that the US is heading toward bankruptcy and its government could fail if the current trajectory continues, as reported by The Express.

Karoline Leavitt warns of US collapse without immediate change

"President Trump's entire cabinet is trying to save democracy," Karoline Leavitt said firmly. "The United States of America will cease to exist. Our Government will fail if we continue to go down the road of bankruptcy that we have been heading on for decades."

Leavitt criticized past fiscal policies, accusing them of squandering "trillions of dollars" on "wasteful and useless priorities that don't suit the American people's interest." Leavitt declared that "those days are over" and asserted that it's "a new day in America."

Karoline Leavitt clashes with reporter over deportation controversy

Karoline Leavitt's bold statements came just before a heated exchange with a journalist over allegations that the Trump administration wrongfully deported Venezuelan migrants based on tattoos linked to gang affiliations.

Andrew Feinberg, a reporter from The Independent, questioned the criteria used for deporting individuals based solely on tattoo symbols that may signify gang membership.

Leavitt sharply rejected the accusation, citing Homeland Security documents that describe the violent acts committed by members of gangs like Tren de Aragua, which she linked to these deportations. She argued that the administration's actions were necessary to protect American citizens.

"There is a litany of criteria that they use to ensure that these individuals qualify as foreign terrorists and to ensure that they qualify for deportation," she angrily emphasized.

The press secretary's response escalated into a fierce defense of Trump's immigration policies, especially his stance on deporting foreign nationals with criminal backgrounds. Leavitt accused the media of shielding dangerous individuals and falsely portraying the administration's efforts as unjust.

"The president made it incredibly clear to the American public that there would be a mass deportation campaign of not just foreign terrorists, but also illegal criminal aliens who have been wreaking havoc on American communities. And shame on you and shame on the mainstream media for trying to cover for these individuals. This is a vicious gang," she asserted.

Her comments were made in defense of the ongoing deportation efforts, including the controversial case of Mahoud Khalil, a US resident accused of spreading pro-Hamas propaganda.

At Monday’s press briefing, the Trump administration once again defended its stance on migrant deportations. She reinforced her position by stating, "We finally have a President who lets ICE agents do their job and thank god they're doing it."
