She was reportedly joined by members of her household team and representatives from The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.

This marked the first meeting recorded in the Court Circular since the Princess led a Royal Foundation round table on December 6 of the previous year. Shortly after, she hosted her annual carol service and joined the royal family for Christmas at Sandringham. However, just a few weeks later, she was hospitalized for planned abdominal surgery.

Kate, who launched the centre in 2021, has remained actively involved in its mission to raise awareness about the significance of early childhood development, even while undergoing cancer treatment.

The princess had been regularly briefed on the progress of her early years taskforce, demonstrating her commitment to the cause during her health struggles.
