Since Kate’s mother Carole Middleton was a flight attendant earlier, the trolls used to call her “Doors to Manual” but the mother-of-three never raised her voice.
Royal expert Katie Nicholl reportedly said, “To her full credit, Kate never rose to it - the snootiness of the upper classes leveled at what they called the en-masse Middletons.”

Kate Middleton focuses on teaching ‘kindness and respect' to her kids
Despite the hate and criticisms, Kate and William went ahead in their relationship and got married in 2011.
Over the years, they also became parents of their three children - Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6.
The senior royal member once shared, as reported by PEOPLE, “My parents taught me about the importance of qualities like kindness, respect, and honesty, and I realize how central values like these have been to me throughout my life.”
“That is why William and I want to teach our little children ... just how important these things are as they grow up. In my view, it is just as important as excelling at maths or sport,” she revealed.
Kate Middleton says she’s ‘making good progress’ amid her cancer battle
Meanwhile, currently, Kate is fighting the toughest battle of her life.
She was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. In a March statement, she shared, “In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous. The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present.”
“My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment. This of course came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family,” the 42-year-old stated.
In another statement in June, Kate added, “I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well.”
