Keke Palmer’s ex Darius Jackson accuses her of being abusive as he breaks silence on restraining order
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Keke Palmer’s former boyfriend Darius Jackson has finally opened up about the restraining order against him while accusing the singer-actress of being “abusive.”
Weeks after he was ordered to stay 100 yards away from the mother of his child, Jackson filed a response on Friday, December 15. The temporary restraining order will be in effect until the next hearing when Palmer may ask to make the restraining order permanent.
When the ‘Hustlers’ star first opened up about their break up, she accused Jackson of abusing her. However, in his December 15 declaration, Jackson claimed the ‘Rags’ star was “the primary aggressor” and “engaged in abusive conduct during the two-and-a-half-year relationship,” per Us Weekly.
Darius Jackson claims Keke Palmer ‘was verbally and physically abusive’
Requesting for the dismissal of the restraining order, Jackson told the court, “During our relationship, [Keke] was verbally and physically abusive. She frequently became agitated and aggressive after consuming alcohol.”
He added that Palmer punched him in the face on August 20, 2021. He even substantiated his claim by submitting the screenshot of a message where the ‘Alice’ star allegedly apologized for hitting him.
He then went on to describe the events of November 17, 2021, when Palmer purportedly called him 200 times after he refused to spend the night with her.
In his filing, he said, “After I told [Keke] I was not ending the night with her, she called me over 200 times and sent me over 50 emails,” and which he substantiated by submitting screenshots of call logs and emails.
He also shared an incident when Palmer punched and broke the windshield of his car in January 2022 when he was driving during an argument. He submitted a copy of Palmer transferring money to him, per Radar Online.
In the filing, he also denied abusing the songstress and asked for joint legal and physical custody of their son Leo, born in February 2023.

Keke Palmer first opened up about ending the relationship with her boyfriend in October when she alleged that he lambasted her publicly for wearing a revealing dress.
She also shared her home security footage from November, alleging Jackson intimidated her after he broke into her home demanding to see their son.
Palmer shared, "I tried to remain calm, but as I was again asking him to leave, he stood up from the chair, walked towards me, and made sure there was no furniture between us. He was yelling, leaning into me, getting into my face."
She added, "At that point, he lunged at me, grabbing at my neck and face, knocked me backward over the couch, stole my phone out of my hands, and then ran out of the house."
