Kelly Rizzo says it 'still feels really weird' to be lonely
Rizzo addressed the criticism and skepticism after she confirmed her relationship with Breckin Meyer in February, two years after her husband Saget's death.
In a TikTok clip posted on Sunday, March 10, the actress said, "Unless you are a widow or widower, you truly have absolutely no place and no right to comment on this because you do not know what it's like."
"You just don't understand the incredibly complex, difficult and dynamic thoughts and feelings that come up during this entire process," she added.
Candidly expressing the feelings of guilt and loneliness as she navigated the prospect of dating again, Rizzo explained, "You also feel lonely, and so you want to do it."
"Then you have support and love from your spouse's friends and family, and they're telling you it's OK, but yet you still feel really weird about it."

Kelly Rizzo says there is 'absolutely no room for judgement'
The 44-year-old said that there is no universal timeline for moving forward after a loss and shared that she had not considered dating until over a year after the 'Full House' star's death.
Rizzo, who tied the knot with Saget in 2018, emphasized that she hadn't even thought about finding love until over a year after he died.
"For every person, it's different," said the actress.
"There is no one size fits all, but there is absolutely no room for judgment," she added.
Rizzo and Meyer were seen holding hands on the red carpet at a 2024 Grammys viewing party where they debuted their relationship.
A week after the party, Meyer who is best known for his roles in 'Clueless' and 'Rat Race' was spotted during a casual outing with Rizzo in Los Angeles, according to E! News.

The actress has received full support from her late husband's friends and daughters as Rizzo shared a video of what they shared with her while giving their blessing for her new relationship.
"‘We don't want you to be lonely. We want you to be happy. We love you,'" she recalled them telling her.
"'We trust you to do what's right. We know you loved our dad and he would want you to be happy,'" she added.
