According to DailyMail, the reason behind Kelly Rowland's scolding of an assistant at the Cannes Film Festival has been revealed. The altercation arose due to staff members at the prestigious French festival reportedly being "aggressive," which led Kelly to reach her limit.

An insider disclosed, "The people who are assigned to helping stars walk the red carpet were being aggressive and Kelly was trying to ignore it." They further explained, "But the time she got to the last woman she had had it because she scolded Kelly and told her to move when she was trying to wave to fans and help the paparazzi get their shot"

Additionally, they stated, "She doesn't care if she comes across like a diva if she knows that she is advocating for herself. She isn't fake and wanted to set a clear boundary."

What happened during Kelly Rowland’s appearance on ‘Today’ show?

This year hasn't been without its share of drama for Rowland, AOL reports. In February, during her appearance on the 'Today' show, the 'Mea Culpa' actress grabbed headlines when she abruptly left, reportedly due to dissatisfaction with her dressing rooms.

It's said that Rowland and her team shuffled between dressing rooms before requesting one on a different floor, only to find it occupied by Jennifer Lopez.

According to a source close to the incident, Rowland's team expressed dissatisfaction, eventually leading to her departure, leaving Hoda without a guest host for the 10 a.m. hour.

The show attempted to accommodate Rowland with several other options, including multiple talent dressing rooms and larger utility makeup and hair areas, but these were rejected.

Rowland's sudden exit left Hoda Kotb scrambling to fill the guest-host spot, fortunately filled by Rita Ora.
