Kevin Costner's pals pushing him to date Sandra Bullock as she 'exactly fits' what he is looking for

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kevin Costner's inner circle believes that an A-list romance would be the perfect way to cheer him up, as he reels from the double blow of divorce and failure of his most recent movie, 'Horizon.'

Sources told RadarOnline that the 'Yellowstone' star's pals are pressuring him to date Sandra Bullock.

Reports say that Bullock, 60, just coming out of longtime partner Bryan Randall's death from ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) following a three-year fight, is ready to move on.

"Kevin and everybody around him know that a relationship with Sandra would solve a lot of problems for him," sources said.

"Sandra is a naturally humble person who has never considered herself to be a 'hot girl'. But Kevin loves that he's still a sex symbol against all odds and was really soaking up the spotlight in Cannes earlier this year with the red carpets and photo shoots."

The source added, "Still, he's turning 70 next year and he doesn't have a long-term partner. He's got his older daughters, who are utterly devoted to him, but that's not enough. He likes living with a woman."

After 18 years of marriage, Costner, 65, was devastated to learn that his ex-wife, Christine Baumgartner, 50, had filed for divorce in May 2023. His rebound affair with 50-year-old folk singer Jewel didn't last long.

However, after Randall's death last year, the 'Miss Congeniality' star has remained unmarried. Rumors have it that she is now starting to consider taking a chance on a romantic relationship.

Bullock allegedly has concentrated on rediscovering happiness and taking care of herself in the year since Randall's death, sources stated.

The insider said, "Sandra’s keeping the details under wraps, but she’s been talking about some major travel plans and a couple of projects she’s always wanted to make."

Bullock's 1998 movie 'Practical Magic', starring Nicole Kidman, has a sequel confirmed so far.

Fans were unaware at the time that Bullock was caring for Randall, who had ALS.
