Kick Kennedy's resemblance to Jennifer Garner gives fans a clear idea of Ben Affleck's type

Shortly after the 'Jenny From The Block' singer filed for divorce last week, the 'Argo' actor was seen spending time with Robert F Kennedy Jr's daughter Kathleen "Kick" Kennedy at the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel. 

While the 52-year-old Oscar winner's rendezvous with Kick surprised a few fans, what stood out to many was her apparent resemblance to Affleck's first wife, Jennifer Garner, who he was married to between 2005 and 2018. 

Netizens have been busy speculating that Affleck clearly has a type, and unfortunately, Lopez doesn't fit the bill. 

Internet thinks Kick Kennedy is a Jennifer Garner lookalike

Naturally, the Internet had much to say after Kick Kennedy was spotted on an outing with Ben Affleck amid his ongoing divorce from Jennifer Lopez. 

One commented, "Oh so Ben Affleck was still chasing the Jen Garner illusion of happiness here. Kick Kennedy seen here looking like a splitting image of Mrs Jennifer Affleck I in this," and another said, "Ben has a type and it’s not JLO. This Kick Kennedy looks like Jennifer Garner."

"Not me and the entire world mistaking Kick Kennedy for Jennifer Gardner…," said a person, comparing the pictures of Kennedy and Garner.

After Kick Kennedy was linked with Ben Affleck, sources close to her opened up about the duo's dealings.

One shared that the duo had a fling before the 'Good Will Hunting' actor rekindled his romance with Lopez during the pandemic.

They shared, "Ben and Kick had a fling before he got back together with JLo. They met through mutual connections in Boston, where the Kennedy family is considered royalty," as per Daily Mail.

"So when he started hanging out with Kick, he legit thought that he had landed into the Kennedy family. But she was too young and not ready for anything serious,” added the tipster. 

As the timeline of their recent meeting has raised a few eyebrows, the source appeared to clarify the doubt about an extramarital affair, saying, "They didn’t have any affair during his marriage, but it is interesting to Kick’s friends that as soon as this divorce happened all of a sudden Ben is hanging out with an old hookup whose family he sees as royalty."

They further stressed that "she’s not a mistress," before explaining, "Kick values her privacy and doesn’t want to be seen as a homewrecker."

However, the insider did suggest that Kick is not bothered by what Affleck’s recently estranged wife, Lopez, thinks about her.
