Kim Kardashian plans to 'lawyer up and fight' over custody if Kanye West shifts to Japan amid legal woes

The 47-year-old rapper has been accused of "sexual battery" by his ex-employee, Lauren Pisciotta, who worked for him from 2021 to 2022.

The divorce of the SKIMS founder and the record producer was finalized in November 2022 and since then they have been co-parenting.
During an April 2022 interview, Kim said, "No matter what, even in this crazy life that we live, you just have to have a really open dialogue with your children. Kanye and I have had conversations. We have to talk daily for the kids so you know, I hate that it had to play out like that."

"At the end of the day, I just want my kids to be happy and healthy, and think the world of their dad. And they do," added the reality TV star.
The 44-year-old expressed in another interview, "I always want my kids to be around their dad as much as possible."
However, Kanye's rumored plans of relocating to Tokyo have now created issues. The insider shared, "It obviously poses all sorts of complications and challenges from a logistical point of view, and Kim’s very worried about what the future holds if he goes ahead."
"She’ll lawyer up and likely fight him every step if necessary, but it’s obviously the last thing she wants or needs to be dealing with," noted the tipster.
They further said, "On top of that, there’s this horrific case being brought against him that can’t be ignored, plus his ongoing marriage issues with Bianca [Censori]. It’s got Kim’s head swirling and she’s obligated to apprise herself of the situation. But to say she finds it sordid and stressful is an understatement."
Kim Kardashian is pretty much a 'single mom'
An exclusive source recently told People that Kim Kardashian has been taking care of her children mostly without Kanye West's support.
They shared, "Kanye is sadly not around very much. She's pretty much a single mom. Although she has help, it's still a lot of work for her to balance and coordinate everything."
"Kim's life is around her kids' schedules. When they are in school, she works. When they are off, she's very much focused on being a mom," added the tipster, before asserting that she's "not even dating anyone now. It's all about work and the kids."
