Kris Jenner lists ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ mansion for $13.5M: ‘So many unforgettable memories’

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The iconic ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ mansion is now up for sale as Kris Jenner has listed it for $13.5 million and Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California holds the listing.

The momager and Caitlyn Jenner, who was then Bruce Jenner, had purchased the 1998-built six-bedroom home in 2010 for $4 million and it played a crucial role in the reality show for more than a decade, showing the famous family’s drama unfolding inside it.

The 8,860-square-foot estate situated in Hidden Hills comes with eight bathrooms, a pool, and an outdoor seating area with a fireplace, per People. This mansion was prominently featured in 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' which aired from 2007 to 2012.

Though the mansion is very close to Kris' heart, she thinks it's time to give it to someone else.

She told The New York Times, “I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners.”

Also, as per TMZ, the property has been vacant for sometime. But earlier, Kim Kardashian used it while her own house was being renovated.

Rob Kardashian also lived there with his daughter Dream while Kendall and Kylie Jenner spent their teenage years there.

Kris herself used to live in the primary suite, which was luxuriously equipped as it featured a steam shower, fireplace, wet bar, personal gym, and a balcony overlooking the property.

This came as the famous matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family claimed on the Thursday, February 6, Season 6 premiere of Hulu's ‘The Kardashians’ that she met Erik Menendez with ex-husband Robert Kardashian Sr before he and Lyle Menendez killed their parents — Jose Menendez and Mary Louise "Kitty" Menendez — in 1989.

She said, “I knew those guys,” before revealing to Kim, “Erik used to come over and play tennis with your dad on the weekends,” as reported by E! News.

Kim also contributed to the conversation by adding, “I remember my dad talking about the case. I remember the whole case, growing up in Beverly Hills.”
