NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Lady Gaga is leaving no stone unturned to share her disappointment at her movie, ‘Joker: Folie a Deux’, which tanked historically at the theaters last year.

Gaga, born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, recently appeared on ‘Saturday Night Live’ where she brutally roasted the Todd Phillips-directorial sequel of Joaquin Phoenix-starrer ‘Joker’ and hailed the movie for even managing to receive Razzie nominations.

Taking center stage, the 38-year-old Grammy winner joked about her acting career while commenting on ‘Joker 2’, which not only flopped at the box office but was also panned critically.

Donning glamorous black bobbed hair and a shimmery dress, Lady Gaga kicked off her double duty as a host and the musical guest by hurling a few of the choicest comments on the DC Universe movie.

“I’ve been very diligent about selecting films that will showcase my craft as a serious actor,” started the singer, taking a hilarious sweep at her own acting prowess, the New York Post reported.

Soon, she steered the conversation to her latest theatrical venture as the ‘Bad Romance’ singer said, “Films such as ‘Joker 2,’” while adding, “Apparently, people thought it was awesome.”

The singer further revealed that the film was also nominated for the infamous Golden Raspberry Awards, also known as the Razzies.

The Oscar-winning star revealed, “Joaquin [Phoenix] and I even got nominated for a Razzie, which is an award for the worst films of the year,” before delivering the punch line, “So, we won.”

‘Joker 2’ was nominated for seven Golden Raspberries, with Gaga and Phoenix even taking home the Razzies for the “Worst on Screen Duo.”

The ‘Poker Face’ singer, nevertheless, proved that the satirical award could not dampen her spirits. She claimed that she loves to win awards and would celebrate any win, even if it was at the Razzies.

“But joke's on them. I love winning things,” Gaga claimed during the episode, before adding, “My Razzie brings me one step closer to an EGORT, which is like an EGOT but it’s hurtful.”

While the EGOT refers to the prestigious Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony, the addition of the Razzy wraps it up nicely to include even the award for the "worst" performance in Hollywood.

Thus, Gaga, who has already won an Oscar and multiple Grammies, now requires to win only an Emmy and a Tony to complete the quintet.
