Rick Hoffman explains how a foul smell caused his viral moment from Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's 2018 royal wedding

During his appearance on the 'Chicks in the Office' podcast, Hoffman shared, "As time goes on, I’m starting to smell something really terrible and foul, and I’m very sensitive when it comes to that so I start to try to do this," while talking about Markle and Prince Harry's royal wedding.

He continued, "Because I have a coconut vanilla moisturizer, and I like to try to cut it. How can I help getting away from this goofy face?"

Hoffman recalled moving away from where his friends were located since he did not "want them to think it’s me because I’m so particular when it comes to hygiene."

"So I’m like, 'Do you guys smell that?' And they’re like, 'No.' So now I’m like literally by myself and I’m just going, 'Mother...'," noted the 'Thanksgiving' star.

"And that’s what they got [on camera]," explained Hoffman, before mentioning, "Guess who knew that the most in the cast that I had an issue with other people’s hygiene? Meghan! Always knew and would always laugh about how I was so sensitive."

A Facebook user wrote, "Leave them alone, if they do something it’s wrong if they don’t do it it’s also wrong," and another said, "People come up with everything to dent the image of this family."

An individual expressed, "Actually disgraceful! How the establishment and their compliant media tools are deliberately blatantly and shamelessly dividing the Royal Family into two sides of warring competing soap opera of mass distraction, a distraction from Prince Andrew and his tawdry dilemma as well as other issues."

They added, "Harry and Meghan deserve a medal of the highest honor for services to the country and the monarchy, in my view."

A person questioned, "Why can’t the couple be left alone?"
