Liam Payne's detached home, set on six acres of land, boasts luxury amenities including a swimming pool, a stable, and an annex.
It was listed for $3.97 million on property website Rightmove in September but no longer appears for sale.
Payne’s decision to sell the home remains unclear, but it coincided with his move to a $9,500-a-month Florida mansion with girlfriend Kate Cassidy, just weeks before his untimely death.
Neighbors in the quiet Buckinghamshire village expressed shock at Payne’s sudden passing, describing him as a kind and genuine member of the community.
Thomas Evans, one of Payne’s neighbors, paid tribute to the late singer, calling him a "very genuine and humble person."
“He lived a quiet life here. He was a private guy, but he was a warm person who would always greet you with a smile and stop to talk for a while,” Evans told Daily Mail.
His sudden death on October 16 sent shockwaves through the village and beyond, leaving fans, friends, and family devastated.
Liam Payne's tragic death
Liam Payne’s rise to fame began in 2010 when he joined One Direction, one of the most successful boy bands of all time.
After the group’s split in 2016, Payne launched a solo career but struggled to replicate the band’s meteoric success.
Alongside professional challenges, he openly battled mental health issues and addiction, often candidly sharing his struggles with fans.
Payne died after falling from a third-floor balcony in Buenos Aires on October 16.
Prosecutors in Argentina revealed traces of alcohol, cocaine, and prescription antidepressants in his system.
Three individuals have been charged in connection with his death, including one for "abandonment of a person followed by death" and two for "supplying and facilitating the use of narcotics."
His funeral which was held as a private ceremony on November 20 saw an emotional reunion of his former One Direction bandmates, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson, alongside loved ones, friends, and notable figures like Simon Cowell and James Corden.
