The former couple had an on-and-off relationship and got engaged in 2020 before ending things in 2021. However, the model is now opening up about her relationship with the ‘Strip That Down’ singer.

Maya Henry recently caused a buzz on her TikTok channel among One Direction fans after accusing Liam Payne of "blowing up her phone" with text messages.
In a self-described "rant" in an eight-minute video shared by Perez Hilton, Maya Henry criticized fans who allegedly called her "obsessed" for making a five-second video about her ex, while stating they "don't know what goes on behind closed doors."
She went on to throw shade at the singer, saying, “Ever since we broke up, he messages me,” stressing that his texts “blow up my phone.”
She claimed that Payne not only messaged her from his personal numbers but also from other numbers, making it impossible for her to fully understand the situation.

Henry further alleged that the ‘Stockholm Syndrome’ singer used multiple iCloud accounts to contact her through iMessage. Frustrated, she said, “Every time I see one pop up on my phone, I’m like, ‘Here we f***ing go again.’”
She claimed that, besides messaging her, Payne also attempted to reach out to her mother and even texted her friends. She continued to criticize Payne, stating that he allegedly messaged her best friend to come over to his house while his “girlfriend” was away.
Henry also accused her ex of using the 'One Direction' fanbase to harass her.

In the same video, Maya Henry made another shocking claim, stating, “He never paid for anything.”
Refuting netizens' accusations that she was with the singer for money, Henry stated that she "wasn't using his AmEx," insisting that money had never been an issue for her even before she met him.
She reiterated, "Y'all don't know half of what went on," per The Mirror.
She further added in her video that Payne, despite “popping up” at his ex-bandmates’ concerts, frequently speaks negatively about them.
