LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Liam Payne's first posthumous song 'Do No Wrong' is set to be released on November 1, 2024, songwriter Sam Pounds revealed in a social media post on Monday, October 28.

Pounds, who worked with the former One Direction singer before his death, said that he prays the track will be "a blessing to the world like Liam had always dreamed," reported Metro.

Sam Pounds posted on X, "I pray that this will be a blessing to the world like Liam has always dreamed. I pray angels will comfort you all everyday while listening."

He continued, "I pray that this song will be a blessing to Ruth, Bear, and the entire family. I pray that this song eclipses the negative echoes."

"I pray supernatural positive healing power will embrace each and every one of you. Presave links here. With love let’s all BE the blessing," he added.

He wrote on Instagram while sharing some videos, "This is how I’ll always remember you, brother. The happy, funny, and talented brother, father, and friend."

"We made some awesome and beautiful music together that will live on forever. Love you @liampayne bro! RIP," the songwriter added.

Companies House documents revealed that the day Liam Payne died, the singer had filed papers to resign as director of four companies, per Belfast Live.

The firms were crucial in generating some of the income Payne earned from recordings and live performances. As per the documents, his businesses included Hampton Music Ltd, valued at $22,400 in 2023.

Another company named Hampton Records Ltd was worth $390K in 2022 but accounts showed it had gone down to less than $100K, according to the outlet.

Moreover, the Late singer was working on a second album, but it was reportedly delayed before Universal decided to let him go.

Several Liam Payne fans on the internet became emotional after Sam Pounds revealed that the former One Direction singer's first posthumous song titled 'Do No Wrong' is set to be released on November 1.
