Prince Harry caught venting about royals at King Charles' coronation

Seated beside his cousin Princess Eugenie’s husband, Jack Brooksbank, the Duke of Sussex allegedly said, “I’m fed up with the way they treat me. It’s not an ideal situation,” according to The Sun.
Brooksbank replied,“If I can make you feel any better, and even I can do it. It’s not the quiet life, is it?”
Although that moment wasn’t captured in the same clip shared by the outlet, a lip reader later claimed that Harry shook his head and quietly said, “They don’t care.”
Brooksbank responded, “I haven’t time for that. Not if it’s over…”

To which Harry said, “It’s an eventuality.”
Harry didn’t mention anyone by name, but many believe his words were a quiet nod to the ongoing tension with his father, King Charles, and his brother, Prince William.
Harry’s appearance at the coronation was his first time officially rejoining the royal family since the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. Meghan Markle didn’t attend the ceremony, choosing instead to remain in California to look after their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Freeman also caught a lighthearted exchange between King Charles and Queen Camilla as they stood on the Buckingham Palace balcony, both wearing their ceremonial crowns.
According to the lip reader, Charles grumbled to Camilla, “I can’t see a thing with this crown. I can’t look up,” to which the queen reportedly replied, “I can’t see anything either, my crown will fall off.”
Prince Harry’s rift with royal family

The rift between Prince Harry and the royal family traces back to 2016, when Harry’s relationship with actress Meghan Markle began and seemingly ignited a slow-burning conflict that has only escalated over time.
The tension only deepened after Harry and Meghan made the highly publicized choice to step away from royal life in 2020 and start fresh in California. Since then, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex haven’t held back, opening up about their struggles in their headline-making 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey, and again in Harry’s bombshell 2023 memoir, 'Spare'.

Prince Harry's alleged rant about royal family during King Charles' coronation sparks online buzz

Prince Harry is once again at the center of royal drama after a lip reader decoded his frustrated comments at King Charles' coronation sparked a storm of commentary online. While the authenticity of the claims is still being debated, that hasn’t stopped people from weighing in with strong opinions.
One user slammed Harry’s reported behavior, writing, “He should have been happy to have been invited in the first place. Always the victim, aren’t you Hapless?”
Another wrote, “He got what he wanted. Now he needs to go away.”
“Harry probably has been bitter inside for a while now. What a shame he could have accomplished much being his brother’s ‘closest confidant’ when William eventually becomes King,” one commented.
Another said, “Harry’s actions speak louder than a lip reader alleging what he supposedly said. Who cares. He threw his family under the bus… enough said.”
“He is so delusional I don’t even know where to begin,” an individual wrote.
