Lip reader says Trump appeared friendly toward Prince William in Paris after refusing to 'protect' Harry
PARIS, FRANCE: President-elect Donald Trump and Prince William had a cordial meeting over the weekend in Paris, where they were invited to the reopening ceremony of the Notre-Dame Cathedral on Saturday, December 7.
While Trump's first international visit since winning a second term at the White House appears to be a success, his interaction with William may not bode well for his brother, Prince Harry, who has been living in the US with his wife Meghan Markle since 2020, according to Nicki Swift.

While exchanging greetings with world leaders, Donald Trump came across the Prince of Wales in the cathedral on Saturday and noticeably exchanged a few pleasantries.
Professional lip reader Nicola Hickling broke down the probable words spoken by the pair for Nicki Swift, stating that William told an approaching Trump, "Happy to..." before the camera shifted.
The [rince later said, "See you afterward," shared Hickling, to which Trump replied, "I'd love..." While the camera cut away again, Trump's body language hinted at more words being exchanged with William before walking away.

The meeting apparently was quite positive. While William was seen smiling and amicably stooping down, Trump carried himself like he was popularly seen on the reality television show 'The Apprentice', asserting dominance and extending his arms for his signature handshake.
William and Trump later met for a little over 30 minutes at the British ambassador's residence in Paris. Speaking to the New York Post about the meeting, the MAGA spearhead said, "I had a great talk with the prince ... We had a great, great talk."
Donald Trump isn't very fond of Prince Harry
Donald Trump is known to be less than enthusiastic about having Prince William's brother, Prince Harry, and his wife, Meghan Markle, staying in the US.
Since Harry admitted to using illegal drugs in his biography 'Spare', Trump-supporting conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation sued the Department of Homeland Security to release documents and check whether Harry lied about his drug use on the visa application.
While the lawsuit was blocked by a judge, Trump did not let the issue slide, stating at an event prior to the November election, "I wouldn't protect (Harry). He betrayed the Queen. That's unforgivable. He would be on his own."
As the gulf has widened between Harry and Meghan and the royal family, the meeting between Trump and Prince William is speculated to spell warning signs for the latter's estranged brother.
