LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Lisa Kudrow has shared a deeply emotional discovery involving her late co-star Matthew Perry.

Recounting the day Perry gave her a gift during the show, Kudrow said, “Matthew gave me the ‘Cookie Time’ jar at the end of our last episode."
“I had recently found the note he left inside of it. I hadn’t opened or looked inside it until now. Timing is everything,” the 61-year-old actress shared.
The jar holds special significance to Kudrow as Perry had gifted it to her after jokingly noting her confusion during a scene where she mistook the jar for a working clock.
Kudrow humorously recalled asking if Perry had received permission to take the prop as the cast’s belongings were often searched for before leaving the set.
Honoring Matthew Perry’s legacy
Matthew Perry died in 2023 at the age of 54 from the acute effects of ketamine.
His death sparked an outpouring of grief from fans and his 'Friends' castmates who have since shared heartfelt tributes.
Kudrow previously posted a Polaroid of the two from the 1994 NBC Upfronts, thanking Perry for his trust, humor, and lessons in grace and love.

“There’s a script that’s really good,” Kudrow said, adding, “We’re as close as we’ve ever been to making it happen.”
The sequel, rumored to begin filming this year, will continue the story of Romy White and Michele Weinberger, whose quirky friendship became a defining aspect of the original film.
Outside of her career, Kudrow and her husband, French advertising executive Michel Stern, are preparing to celebrate 30 years of marriage this May.
The couple shares a 26-year-old son, Julian. Reflecting on her marriage, Kudrow described their connection as the “most intimate relationship you can have.”
“By 30 years, I’m not going anywhere,” Kudrow said with a smile, according to Daily Mail.
