'Love this interaction': Fans go gaga over Billie Eilish's flirty exchange with swimsuit model at Golden Globes

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Billie Eilish not only won a Golden Globe for her original song from ‘Barbie’ but also made an impression on swimsuit model Haley Kalil with a flirty exchange in a memorable conversation at the Golden Globes 2024.

Sports Illustrated model and social media influencer Haley Kalil, who has made a name for herself through her YouTube persona @haleyybaylee, recently posted a short clip of her exchanging compliments with the 22-year-old musical genius.

Kalil attended the Golden Globes on Sunday, January 7, wearing a gorgeous black attire, where she crossed paths with the ‘What Was I Made For?’ singer. 

Kalil, 31, shared the short clip of their meeting on her social media accounts where she can be seen fangirling on Eilish. 

As the ‘Ocean Guys’ singer was passing her, Kalil said, “Billie, can I just say I am literally obsessed with you.”

Little did she expect the recently minted Golden Globes winner for Best Original Song would compliment her back. 

Eilish responded immediately and after looking at her said, “Oh thanks babe, you look hot as balls.”

Kalil ended the video by smiling and gushing, “I love her.”

On Monday, Kalil posted the video on her Instagram with the caption, “Congratulations @billieeilish! She’s a GIRL’S GIRL truly one of the dope at people I had to honor of running into! @goldenglobes [red heart emoji]  #goldenglobes'.”

'Literally the best interaction'

Both fans of Billie Eilish and Haley Kalil went gaga over the interaction as they cheered the social media star for the heartwarming encounter.

One of the fans cheered on Instagram, "Love this interaction!!! 😍😍😍." Someone else said, "These vids with celebs are everything! Love that Billie is truly chill af."

Fans poured their love on Kalil's YouTube as well where she uploaded the short video.

The short exchange comes just months after Billie Eilish revealed her sexual orientation in Variety's The Power of Women issue in November. Eilish said, "I never really felt like I could relate to girls very well," before adding, "I love [women] so much. I love them as people. I’m attracted to them as people. I’m attracted to them for real."

She then explained that while she has “deep connections” with women and is “physically attracted” to women, she gets intimidated by “their beauty and their presence,” per PEOPLE.
