Mama June says she 'doesn't give a f**k' about blowing Honey Boo Boo's money and challenges daughter to face her in court

ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Mama June Shannon’s battle with Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson is getting heated up with the matriarch challenging her daughter to “take me to court.”

‘Mama June: Family Crisis’ is all set to make its season premiere on June 14 on WeTV. In a preview clip released, Mama June strongly defends her position to have spent $30,000 of her youngest daughter’s money that she earned by appearing on reality shows like ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and ‘The Masked Singer’.

Mama June’s daughters slam her for taking money

‘Mama June: Family Crisis’ teaser highlights the strained relationship between the 44-year-old reality star and her daughters as the preview opens with them complaining about their mother taking money from Alana. As the scene opens with the sisters sitting in a car, Alana vents her grievances to Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Elfird, per Entertainment  Tonight.

The ‘Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’ star says, "She's just sitting there f***ing lying, bro.” Referring to June’s husband Justin Stroud, Alana says, “Your own f***ing husband is sitting there telling you that you did wrong. That s**t got me f***ing shaking.”

Lauryn supports her sister as she joins in bashing their mother, saying, "The point of the matter is that you're a piece of s--t mama and took somebody's f**ing money,” per Toofab.

Meanwhile, the clip then jumps to focus on an angry June who faces an inquiry by the producers regarding the money. As she gets asked by the producers whether she believes the $30,000 "is Alana's and is owed back to her," June replies defiantly, "I legally put the 20 per cent in there."

She adds, "I don't give a f**k. Take me to court!" The producers further ask June whether she believes Alana is asking for the money simply as a teenager asking her mother to pay or if she wants to get repaid for the money June spent. 

June replies, "I think it's a little bit of both. I hate to say it, but I feel like it's a little bit of both," when her husband interjects, "June. It's her money!" June says, "I do understand that it's her money, but a lot of her money was spent on her own self," before saying "I don't give a f**k."

Justin then tries to reason with his wife, saying, "As a parent, that's what you do, June. Whether it's successful or it's not, that's what you do as a parent, you invest in them to a certain extent. Don't let them abuse you."

"But that's what I feel like they have been [doing]!" June cuts in before Justin comments, "In this situation right here, June, you owe it to her."

He continues, "When you asked me to take care of stuff and you asked me to move here, I did it," and adds, "And because I love them and I care for them and I want the relationship to not be f***ed up, at least on my end." The clip ends with June shrugging nonchalantly as Justin says, "I need you as your husband to take care of it." 

In April when Entertainment Tonight asked her about the allegation, June said, "I didn't really steal any money," and added, "... It's not hundreds of thousands of dollars that is in question. It's only one show and that's Dancing With the Stars."

Mama June and Alana's fight leaves the internet unimpressed

The internet was left disgruntled with the tiff of Alana and Mama June. 

One of the social media users said on Facebook, "She's a piece of work it sounds like. I hope Alana wins."

"The truly sad thing out of all of this is that prior to them becoming 'famous' they seemed happy living in that little house by the train tracks," observed someone else.

Another fan declared, "Yet, they are perfectly happy battling on TikTok together to get gifts, going on vacations together and still doing the show it’s all drama for ratings…"

"Honey Boo Boo is 18 years old. Get herself a lawyer and get her money," said someone else.

"Isn’t she grown now. Take what’s yours baby," urged another fan to Alana. 

One of the social media users observed sarcastically, "People who yal be wishing happy mothers day."

Someone else slanted the reality stars, saying, "You know who keeps these people relevant.. the audience that just love to keep on tuning in!"

Another fan declared, "She took alot more than that!!!"
