WASHINGTON, DC: Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene stated that Laura Loomer was not in the "right mentality to advise" former President Donald Trump, following a heated social media feud triggered by Loomer's racist post about Vice President Kamala Harris.

Addressing media on Thursday, September 12, the Georgia Republican "completely denounced" Loomer, who was reportedly increasing her involvement in Trump's campaign. Greene told reporters she was "over" the explosive clash, as per Mediaite.

"This is such an important election," the lawmaker noted. "I don’t think she has the experience or the right mentality to advise a very important presidential election."

Although Loomer is not officially part of Trump's campaign, there were rumors that she was advising the former president. She arrived in Philadelphia on Trump's plane before the September 10 debate against Harris and also accompanied him to the 9/11 memorial ceremony.

"I'm not involved in their conversations," Marjorie Taylor Greene said, indicating that she was not part of Laura Loomer's involvement in the Trump campaign.

"So I can't weigh in on that, but I do know this: that her rhetoric and her tone does not match the base, does not match MAGA, does not match most Republicans I know. And I am completely denouncing it. I’m over it, and I would encourage anyone else that matches her statements to stop," she added.

Greene and Loomer exchanged personal attacks after Loomer tweeted on September 11 that the "White House will smell like curry" if Harris, who has an Indian mother, wins in November.

The far-right activist included numerous Indian stereotypes, which Greene condemned as "appalling and extremely racist."

In response to Greene's criticism, Loomer took to X (formerly Twitter) with a lengthy post, calling the congresswoman a "trailer trash harpy." Loomer accused Greene of being "jealous and vindictive" for failing to turn Trump against her and also threatened to "expose" Greene.

In another X post, Loomer claimed Greene used to "beg" her to write one-liners about Reps Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib to read in Congress.

Internet trolls Laura Loomer after Marjorie Taylor Greene's harsh denouncement

Marjorie Taylor Greene's comments to the media about her social media feud with Laura Loomer drew mockery from netizens, who joked that the far-right conspiracy theorist had hit rock bottom.

"@LauraLoomer has hit rock bottom. Was just a matter of time," a user said.

"Apparently 31 year-old Loomer and DJT are now 'hanging out.' Lol Loomer's the new Hope Hicks but without the horsey background," another added. [sic]

"Actually Laura Loomer's comments perfectly represent Republicans and MAGA," a third user quipped.

"Laura Loomer is MAGA. Tethered to reality only by fraying dental floss, ignorant, hateful, dishonest, and self-important. Proto-MAGA," read a response.

"She should. Laura has lost her marbles," an individual wrote.

"When you've reached levels even MTG can't endure..." another user remarked.

"So rock bottom does have a basement?" someone else joked. "Wow. Kettle, meet pot. Pot, meet Kettle," read one remark.
