NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene turned to X, formerly known as Twitter. She reposted a concise summary by Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin, shedding light on the situation where students in New York City are being expelled from their high schools and shifted to remote learning to accommodate migrants temporarily.

Sharing this news on the social media platform, Greene labeled it as "beyond ridiculous and outrageous."

She also seized the opportunity to reaffirm her commitment to impeaching President Joe Biden and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas.

However, the internet did not seem to align with the congresswoman's perspective.

Marjorie Taylor Greene says ‘Impeach Biden’

On X, Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin wrote, “Students in NYC are being kicked out of their high school and pushed into remote learning in order to temporarily house almost 2,000 migrants who crossed into the US illegally & have been released from federal custody.”

He added, “This is a jaw-dropper.”

Melugin originally shared this news from 'Viral News NYC' which focussed particularly on Madison High School in Brooklyn NY.

To this, Marjorie Taylor Greene responded, “This is beyond ridiculous and outrageous!! This is what being conquered looks like!! By our own government!!”

She added, “IMPEACH MAYORKAS!! IMPEACH BIDEN!!”

In addition to this, earlier, Greene also told the media and her followers on X that the impeachment hearing against Alejandro Mayorkas will begin soon.

She wrote, “I’ve worked for months to impeach Secretary Mayorkas. After two of my constituents were murdered by 17-year-old trafficking illegals, I even forced a vote on the House floor. It’s encouraging we’ll finally be starting this process tomorrow in the Homeland Security committee.”

Internet reacts to Marjorie Taylor Greene’s remarks on X

After Marjorie Taylor Greene expressed her outrage on social media regarding the news in New York City, the internet’s response was prompt.

One user wrote, “Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! Guess the box of wine hit hard tonight," and another wrote, "Wah wah cry about it lmfao."

"EXPEL GREENE," expressed one user, and another wrote, "Impeach MTG..."

Greene continued to face backlash online as one user wrote, "Impeach yourself," and another wrote, "MTG, you are just so incredibly gullible.."
