Martha Stewart brutally mocks Katy Perry's Blue Origin flight with 'Firework' jab, fans call her 'GOAT'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Martha Stewart took a sharp jab at Katy Perry and the Blue Origin crew in a throwback post highlighting her experience with zero gravity.
The 83-year-old shared a clip from her 2007 parabolic flight, cheekily using lyrics from Perry’s 2010 hit 'Firework' to make her point.

Martha Stewart mocks Katy Perry's space trip
Martha Stewart posted a video from 2007 aboard a Boeing 727 aircraft called G-Force One, showing herself floating in zero gravity.
The lifestyle icon narrated over the clip, “I boarded a Boeing 727 aircraft called G-Force One and experienced what astronauts feel when they reach zero gravity."
The 10-time Daytime Emmy winner added a sharp touch, as she wrote over the video, “Do you ever feel like a plastic bag drifting through the wind?” referencing the opening line from Perry’s hit song.

She added in the caption, “In case you spaced out in 2007, Martha has always been ahead of her time.”
During the flight, Stewart performed flips and push-ups midair as she floated freely through the cabin of the only FAA-approved parabolic flight provider.
Zero-G, the company behind the experience, has been around since 1993 and charges $8,900 for a public flight, available to passengers aged 12 to 85.
Each trip includes Martian gravity, Lunar gravity, and zero gravity for roughly 30 seconds per parabola over 15 parabolas, according to Daily Mail.
Director Ron Howard used the same G-Force One aircraft to film weightless scenes for his 1995 movie 'Apollo 13' with Tom Hanks, Kevin Bacon, and Bill Paxton.
In contrast, the Blue Origin flight with Katy Perry and others offered only three to four minutes of weightlessness during the New Shepard NS-31 mission at the Karman line, about 62 miles above Earth.
The all-female crew included Perry, Lauren Sánchez, Gayle King, Amanda Nguyen, Aisha Bowe, and Kerianne Flynn.
Space unlocks a view that shifts your perspective forever.
