LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Meghan Markle is facing accusations of copying Pamela Anderson’s newly launched lifestyle series, 'Cooking With Love', after fans pointed out numerous similarities between the two shows’ trailers.

In January, the Duchess of Sussex announced 'With Love, Meghan', a Netflix series set to premiere on March 4, after its postponement due to Los Angeles wildfires.

Meghan Markle's 'With Love, Meghan' show

The 'With Love, Meghan' show features Meghan Markle hosting friends and celebrity chefs at a California estate, sharing cooking, gardening, and entertaining tips.

However, eagle-eyed viewers have drawn parallels between Markle’s trailer and the promotional video for Anderson’s show, which debuted in October 2024 on Food Network Canada.

Both feature the stars walking through gardens, inviting guests into the kitchen, and presenting meticulously crafted dishes.

Frustrated fans took to X to highlight the similarities in aesthetics, show titles, wardrobes, and even phrases used by the hosts.

One user on X wrote, "This is where I think people are wrong. She never stole from the Marchioness of Bath but she's literally stealing the whole premise of Pamela Anderson's cooking show. Pamela Andersons show is literally called cooking WITH LOVE for crying out loud," and another tweeted, "Did she plagiarize “with love” from Pamela Anderson? At least Pamela’s guests are chefs and she’s actually cooking! Meghan Markle is trying to make “hosting” happen."

"If you watch the trailer for Pamela’s new show, it’s a more authentic version of what Meghan was trying to achieve & it looks as though Meghan has copied everything! The trailers are so similar it’s freaky. Pamela’s show coming out 1st will highlight how fake Meghan is," a netizen commented while someone opined, "She is also trying to copy Pamela’s makeup free look."

"This is SICK. Meghan Markle is copying everything from @pamelaanderson's show, even the reactions and gestures. I expect a cookbook from her at some point too," an individual remarked.

Pamela Anderson's 'Cooking With Love' show

Pamela Anderson’s 'Cooking With Love' follows her collaboration with chefs to showcase plant-based recipes from her home in Canada.

She emphasized her commitment to creating “elegant and inviting spaces that inspire a compassionate, calm, and healthy environment.”

This is not the first time Markle’s cooking show has been accused of borrowing from existing concepts.

Within hours of the trailer’s release, viewers spotted familiar elements, including her Ladybug Caprese Bruschetta recipe, which has appeared in food blogs and magazines since 2015, according to Daily Mail.

Some also noted that her beekeeping scenes bear a resemblance to Kate Middleton’s well-documented hobby.

In her show’s promotional material, Meghan Markle describes 'With Love, Meghan' as a fresh take on lifestyle programming, blending practical tips with candid conversations.

The series, featuring guests like Mindy Kaling and Abigail Spencer, aims to embrace “playfulness over perfection.”

Announcing the show’s release, Markle expressed her excitement on Instagram, posting, “I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it.”

'With Love, Meghan' premieres on Netflix on March 4, while Anderson’s 'Cooking With Love' is currently airing on Food Network Canada.
