Her wardrobe came as no surprise, as the links were mainly filled with elevated basics and mostly the neutral-toned outfits she often wears.

As reported by Daily Mail, Meghan listed a $1,415 beige cashmere crewneck from designer Loro Piana, a $1,350 ivory silk maxi dress by Heidi Merrick, and a pair of loose brown pants listed for $388 from Brochu Walker.

The former ‘Suits’ actress named her account after her official title, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, sparking criticism from social media users who accused her of leveraging the royal family’s name for personal gain.

This came just days after the Duchess corrected her friend Mindy Kaling for calling her Meghan Markle, insisting that her name is now Meghan Sussex.

Some users even referenced the Sandringham Summit, which followed Prince Harry and Meghan's January 2020 announcement of their decision to step down from royal duties.

Meghan Markle slammed for 'cashing in' on her royal title

The internet fumed as Meghan Markle shared affiliate links on her ShopMy account, accusing her of profiting off the monarchy.

One of the social media users said, "Marching the title is hard to see, she doesn’t care what anyone says, at.all."

"I’m almost embarrassed for her. No matter how much money she makes, this is a spectacular fall from grace. She’s gone from the royal balcony to merching clothes she hasn’t even designed herself," shared someone else.

Another user noted, "If she’s so popular and loved all over the world, she doesn’t need the British royal title to prop up her little business does she? She is only where she is because of who she married."

"Lol Meghan has flop so hard! Now she is just trying to be an influencer with a Royal title that doesn't mean ANYTHING in the US!!! she is a joke and a loser," penned another social media user.

Another netizen mused, "This was her goal? Leave the monarchy behind to be a mid-grade influencer?? 😂😂😂 Detached from reality indeed. Great pick, Harry."

"This is the ultimate slap in the face to Queen Elizabeth’s memory and the Sandringham agreement," noted another user, before adding, "She’s blatantly cashing in on a title she swore she wouldn’t exploit, and it’s just shameless. How much lower can she go? Disgraceful."

"She is using her name and title to make money. That is a violation of the agreement," castigated someone else.

Another user penned, "She’s merching off her title. This is a blatant breech of the ssndringhsm summit agreement. She’s a grifter. A hustler. She’s not Royal in any way."
