Megyn Kelly called 'despicable' as she launches into unhinged rant against 'obese lesbian' firefighters

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Conservative media personality Megyn Kelly was brutally thrashed online after she slammed the Los Angeles Fire Department fire chief Kristin Crowley and also demanded the firing of “obese lesbian” firefighters.

On her podcast ‘The Megyn Kelly Show’, the former Fox News host said on Tuesday, January 14, “I believe I speak for all females in Los Angeles when I say, we want a strong man to rescue us. That’s what we want. Do we ask for too much?” The Independent reported.

Megyn Kelly called women firefighters ‘overweight, out of shape’

The journalist appeared to take a swipe at Crowley and LAFD's Deputy Chief Kristine Larson, a 33-year veteran, and Jamie Brown, the training and support bureau commander.

“Not to mention it’s like these three women who are the top there are all, I mean honestly I’m not trying to be mean, but they’re obese,” Kelly continued in her rant.

She stated, “These are overweight, out-of-shape women. And the last thing I want to see if I’m in a burning building, is A a woman and B an obese woman,” before adding, “Who takes comfort? I’m going to die but it’s in the presence of an obese lesbian.”

The 54-year-old political commentator also insisted that “they should all be fired.”

“Any time you spent, fire chief, worrying about this, making sure you had the staff for DEI and amassed the staff for that, while you’re short firefighters, you should be fired,” Kelly asserted.

Megyn Kelly labeled ‘a nasty human being’

People on the internet, however, did not like Megyn Kelly’s hate-filled words against female firefighters and slammed her for the take.

One X user posted, “With respect Mrs Kelly if I ever find myself being rescued from a burning building, I would not care what the person looked like. I would be grateful the person saved my life. Proper training in fire fighting, rescue techniques are far more important than their physical strength.”

Another wrote, “Megyn's truly despicable.”

“The only thing I care about if I am stuck in a burning building, is if the person who shows up can get me out,” one person shared.

Another remarked, “You have truly hit rock bottom.”

One individual commented, “You're a nasty human being.”

“Hmm, What does her sexuality have to do with this Megyn?” another asked.

One person added, “You don’t speak for this woman. Anyone that rescues me deserves a lifetime of thanks. You are a complete jerk, and despicable as a human being @MegynKellyShow. Shame on you and a pox on your house!”
