LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Isabella Strahan, the daughter of 'GMA' host Michael Strahan, has opened up about her harrowing ordeal with chemotherapy in her latest YouTube video.

The 19-year-old, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor last year, said she felt like she had “poison” in her body as she suffered from severe pain and nausea.

Isabella Strahan says it was ‘one of the worst things I’ve done ever in my entire life’

In the ninth episode of her vlog series, Isabella shared how she coped with her first round of chemotherapy at the Duke University Hospital in North Carolina.

She said the first week was “horrible” and she felt “weird” getting the treatment. “My first round of chemo experience was one of the worst things I’ve done ever in my entire life. Oh my God,” Isabella said.

“I feel like people made it look so much easier,” she added. Isabella said she could feel the chemo going through her whole body and making her achy, shaky, and sick.

“The last day in the hospital I felt pretty bad but I would say the worst was yet to come,” she added.

She also recalled the unbearable pain she had in her jaw, head, and chest after returning home.

Isabella said the pain was so intense that she cried and compared it to having all her teeth ripped out.

She said, “I’ve never gotten a root canal but it felt like someone had just ripped every single one of my teeth out and just set it back in my mouth with no medicine."

"My gums, my teeth, my jaw, my tongue,” she continued, adding “There were tears over this jaw pain. That was for three days.”

Isabella Strahan says she feels 'like a tin man’

Strahan said there were only two other times in her life when she felt that bad: before and after her surgery to remove the medulloblastoma, a type of malignant tumor, in her cerebellum.

“One was like two days before I went to the ER when my head hurt so bad. Two was after my surgery when my head hurt so bad. Three is this jaw pain,” she said, People reported.

She also joked that losing her hair was not a big deal for her as having no hair "doesn't bring me pain."

She said she was more concerned about her soreness and nausea which made her feel like a “completely new person.”

“You don’t really know what’s going on inside and you can’t really stop it because the chemo is already inside you,” she said.

“It’s just my bone pain everywhere, I am just so sore. I feel like a tin man. I need to get a yoga membership,” she added.
