Isabella Strahan reveals how she spends a day while recovering

Posting the tenth installment of her YouTube series chronicling her recovery journey, Strahan spoke about the emergency surgery she had in October 2023 to remove a large medulloblastoma from her cerebellum.

In the vlog posted on Friday, February 23, Strahan is seen returning home after undergoing her treatment.

Opening Valentine's Day gifts and handmade letters from The Scarlett Fund, a non-profit organization that raises awareness for pediatric cancer research, Strahan spoke about how she usually spends her days recovering.

“I’ve been sleeping a lot. Two days ago I didn’t leave my room. I had a fever,” the teenager said in the clip.

“You’re supposed to go to the hospital if you have 100.4 twice, but mine was 100.2 so that means I didn’t have to go. And it went down but I felt so awful so I just stayed in bed. Usually my days," she continued.

“I have two doctor's appointments per week to get my blood drawn. I had one yesterday and I actually don’t mind getting my blood drawn anymore. I take it back. Things could be worse…such as my jaw pain," she added.

Isabella Strahan says most of her days are uneventful

Strahan disclosed her routine which she said was uneventful most days, particularly after she dealt with the painful side effects of chemotherapy.

Her routine included walks, stretches, regular doctor appointments, and at-home physical therapy sessions.

"This is a week and a half out and today I’m feeling better. I’m not leaving my house every day besides for appointments so it’s not very much fun," she said of her routine.
