NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Joe Scarborough spoke about the tendency of younger Republicans to fall in line with the stance of their party's presidential frontrunner, former president Donald Trump on the March 11 episode of 'Morning Joe'.

He warned them about supporting a wannabe 'dictator,' calling it a losing strategy that would hurt their careers.

Joe Scarborough's take on Republicans supporting Donald Trump

"(Trump) is preparing everybody for what he is going to do," claimed the host, explaining, "When he talks about terminating the Constitution, when he says he is going to be a dictator on day one, when he talks about executing generals who are insufficiently loyal or finding media outlets guilty of treason..."

"When he argues in court that he can execute political opponents using Seal Team 6 and he can't get in trouble for it ... Then yeah, he is telling people what he is going to do," he continued.

"And yet, these younger Republicans just fall in line. They're going to lose, they're going to destroy their careers."

Scarborough went on to mention Nancy Mace, who defended Trump in media after a judge found him liable for sexual assault, saying that she "had no choice but to blindly defend" him, even though she was a victim of assault herself.

"They just all fall in line," he said of other Republican leaders such as Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz. "It's sad and it's pathetic. And they are all going to lose."

"It's like, Trump's going to lose again. And for some reason they can't pull out of this political death spiral," he added.

"Aren't you speaking of those young dems who are being bought off with our taxpayer money. Aren't they the sad, pathetic ones who are going to lose in the long run?" touted another.

"If (they’re) all going to lose, as you say, what are you worried about? Your show is all pretend rage. All for MSNBC money. Pathetic," commented one user.

"I can't wait to see how you handle Trump winning the election," chided one user.

"You're sounding especially loony on this one," quipped one user.
