The star, who wore makeup that concealed some of her earlier tattoos, also appears to have added at least one large tattoo to her leg. For her casual stroll, Amanda kept it laid-back in a grey cropped T-shirt, beige baggy shorts, and long nail extensions that glistened as she walked, and a floral crossbody purse.

Bynes’ new look follows her announcement in March about starting to wear wigs due to her hair growing out awkwardly after a buzzcut. Additionally, in a significant career shift, she revealed her plans to return to manicurist school to obtain her license after a previous unsuccessful attempt.
In December, Bynes canceled her podcast with Paul Sieminski, despite its initial success, opting instead to pursue a stable career as a licensed manicurist. "I would rather get my manicurist license and have a consistent job," she stated.
Despite her efforts, the actress revealed that she had not passed the state board exam required to obtain her manicurist license.
In a rare Instagram update, Bynes shared her determination to succeed, stating, "Since I haven't passed the board exam yet to get my manicurist license, I started back at school to study manicurist theory and to practice doing acrylics before I take the test again," The Sun reported.
As reported by The Daily Mail, Bynes recently declined to participate in Investigation Discovery's docuseries 'Quiet On Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV,' which sheds light on predatory behavior at Nickelodeon.
A source told TMZ that Bynes is grateful for her time at Nickelodeon and felt she had nothing to contribute to the series.
Bynes has also clarified that she had cosmetic surgery.
Fans express concern and support for Amanda Bynes amid her recent transformation
Amanda Bynes’ recent public appearance with her new look has sparked a wave of reactions from fans, many of whom have expressed concern for the former Nickelodeon star.
One user reflected on her past, saying, "I’m so sorry to see her in this state. She used to be beautiful and was truly talented. There must’ve been sinister triggers to reduce her current situation."
Another echoed the sentiment, lamenting the impact of mental health struggles on her life, writing, "It is heartbreaking to see the changes in Amanda due to mental illness. We used to watch her show with our son and she was extremely talented in comedy. She had such a bright future ahead of her until she became ill. Life just isn't fair."
Some fans expressed a desire to see Amanda find peace away from the public eye.
"I wish no one would post photos of her. She clearly is just a private person trying to find her own way in the world. My heart goes out to her and I wish her a happy life," one user commented.
"Hope she's doing well. She was such a talented comedic actress when she was in the biz," another fan added.
