WASHINGTON, DC: The crowd at the “No Kings” rally in Washington, DC, was apparently upset with multiple snipers who were part of the necessary security, CNN reporter Edward-Isaac Dovere posted on X.

Dovere took to social media platform X and shared a picture of multiple snipers with scopes and rifles on the roof of the National Gallery above the DC “No Kings” rally.

CNN reporter says snipers were ‘freaking many out that they’re about to get shot’

The CNN reporter shared the picture and wrote, “The political moment: there are multiple snipers with scopes and rifles on the roof of the National Gallery above the DC No Kings rally. DC police say they are part of necessary security, but the crowd doesn’t know that, and it’s freaking many out that they’re about to get shot.”

Interestingly, the deployment of the snipers comes after conservative icon Charlie Kirk was shot dead on September 10 during the first stop of his ‘American Comeback’ tour in Utah.

Since then, other leftists have attacked conservatives and state and federal law enforcement at immigration facilities in Illinois and Texas.

After a while, Dovere posted again that the residents are braving the police who are protecting the rally.

"Another reflection of the moment: many of the people who are freaked out about the snipers are recording videos showing them and narrating how they’re doing this “just in case” something happens, but they are staying at the rally," the CNN reporter posted.

Meanwhile, Democratic Senator Bernie Sanders championed the rally and claimed that President Donald Trump acts like a king.

He shared the pictures from the protest on X and wrote, "Thank you to the millions of Americans who turned out in small communities and big cities all over this country to say loudly and boldly: No more kings. In America, We the People will rule."

Trump claims 'No Kings' demonstrations were small and ineffective

Donald Trump trolled the "No Kings" protesters on Sunday, October 19, saying he is not a king and that he works his "a** off to make our country great."

When reporters asked the POTUS about the protests, he described them as "a joke."

"I looked at the people. They’re not representative of this country, and I looked at all the brand-new signs paid for. I guess it was paid for by Soros and other radical left lunatics," the POTUS said.

He added, "It looks like it was worth checking out. The demonstrations were very small, very ineffective and the people were whacked out. When you look at those people, those are not representative of the people of our country."

Furthermore, he stressed, "I'm not a king. I work my a** off to make our country great. That’s all it is. I’m not a king at all."

On Saturday, October 18, large crowds gathered in places like New York City, Washington, DC, and even London for the second "No Kings" protest since June aimed at the Trump administration.
