MIAMI, FLORIDA: In a Saturday morning, February 3 outburst on Truth Social, Donald Trump targeted several prosecutors, labeling them "bad people" and accusing them of being "just as guilty as Fani Willis," the Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney overseeing his 2020 election interference case.

The former POTUS' list of individuals included Jack Smith, special counsel overseeing his federal election subversion case related to the January 6, 2021, Capitol riots, New York Attorney General Letitia James, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, and the United States House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack.

This latest social media tirade followed DA Willis' acknowledgment of a personal relationship with Nathan Wade, the top prosecutor in Trump's Georgia election interference case.

Moreover, the former president's accusations extended to various legal battles, including federal election subversion, classified documents retention at Mar-a-Lago, and fraud claims by New York Attorney General James.

In September 2023, Judge Arthur Engoron ruled that Trump and his sons committed fraud by deliberately deflating and inflating Trump Organization assets so they could obtain certain legal benefits, as per The Hill.

The ex-POTUS' Truth Social post read, "Deranged Jack Smith, Letitia 'Peekaboo' James, Alvin Bragg, the J6 Committee of Political Thugs (who have deleted and destroyed all evidence and findings), and all of the rest of the Biden prosecutors and ‘bad people who hate our Country,’ are just as guilty as Fani Willis."

He asserted, "It’s Biden Investigations for purposes of ELECTRION INTERFERENCE. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

One wrote, "The only one who hates their country is Trump & MAGA," and another added, "lmao, that's the opinion of every criminal ever caught."

"The result of voting for Donald Trump and putting him in power again will result in the destruction of USA constitutional republic," remarked a person, while someone else noted, "Pure projection. Nobody hates the USA as much as Trump does."

Trump, who is poised to become the GOP nominee, remains entangled in a web of legal troubles, facing a total of 91 criminal charges across state and federal indictments and numerous civil lawsuits.

Recent federal election filings revealed that the ex-POTUS' political committees spent nearly $30 million on legal fees in the latter half of 2023.

Save America, Trump's main joint fundraising committee, accounted for over $25 million, while the Make America Great Again PAC contributed around $4 million to legal expenses.

In total, the White House hopeful's committees spent approximately $50 million on legal fees in 2023, a substantial portion of their overall expenditure of roughly $210 million, according to Politico.

Despite these financial challenges, Trump continues to maintain a strong presence ahead of the upcoming election as the frontrunner for the GOP presidential nomination.
