Riley Keough and Priscilla Presley appeared happily hand in hand after a legal dispute

Fans of the Presley family were surprised to see Keough and Priscilla together on the Emmys red carpet and their reconciliation after months of reported tension.

"Riley and Priscilla’s reunion is very new. It has been months of fighting and hard feelings, and they are just working through all of that," shared a source.

"Stepping out together at the Emmys was their way of showing the world a united front," the source explained the duo's appearance at the Emmys where Keough was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie.

The 34-year-old actress and her grandmother Priscilla's legal dispute emerged from a change Lisa Marie made to her will, where she designated Keough as the sole executor of her estate.

"Losing her mother so suddenly threw her into a tailspin. But Riley decided to be the bigger person and to accept and love the family she has been given," the insider added.

The legal dispute was settled after Riley agreed to pay Priscilla a $1 million lump sum, $400,000 in legal fees, and an additional annual payment of $100,000 annual payment as a "special advisor" to the trust.

The joint appearance at the Emmys took place days after the first anniversary of Lisa Marie's death.

The 'Daisy Jones & The Six' star addressed her mother's death by uploading a throwback picture of the two while Priscilla took to X (formerly Twitter) to acknowledge daughter Lisa Marie's death.

"Today is a very solemn day. It’s been a year since your passing and not a day goes by where I don’t think about and miss you. Rest in peace, Lisa," read Priscilla's tweet.

"You are in the arms of your beloved father [Elvis Presley] now. Only that… gives me comfort," she added.
