NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: The January 2 episode of 'Good Morning America' saw the return of co-hosts George Stephanopoulos and Michael Strahan from their holiday break, while Robin Roberts still seemed to enjoy hers.
The three main hosts were last seen together on the Christmas day episode, although their appearance was pretaped and spliced in with live footage.
Since then, they have been temporarily replaced by several guest hosts, including DeMarco Morgan, Eva Pilgrim and Whit Johnson.

George Stephanopoulos is back on GMA, finally!
The holiday hiatus for Stephanopoulos stretched further back than his colleagues, as he had not appeared on the show since a week before Christmas.
It was assumed that the 62-year-old was settling into the role of empty-nesters with his wife Ali Wentworth, 58, as their two daughters, Harper, 18, and Elliott, 21, went off to college during the summer.
However, as Wentworth shared on her Instagram profile, the family went on a trip to Japan for the holidays, which gave them some much-needed bonding time. They were joined on their trip by comedian Jerry Seinfeld and his family.
