Rosie O'Donnell stuns with dramatic weight loss transformation after using Mounjaro: 'I can’t believe'

DUBLIN, IRELAND: Not just her fans but Rosie O'Donnell herself can’t believe her dramatic weight loss transformation.

The 63-year-old TV personality left many jaws dropped as she debuted her new, slender figure in an Instagram post on Friday, May 23. “I can't believe this is me now,” she captioned a slimmed-down photo of herself, adding the hashtags “#mounjaro, #weightloss” and “#bodydismorphia.”

In her post, she was seen wearing dark pants and a light green sweater as she held a mic and a mic stand while appearing to talk to the audience.

‘The View’ alum didn't give any context for the shot, but many fans assumed it was from a stand-up show in Ireland, where O’Donnell moved with her child, Clay, following President Donald Trump’s election.

The 'A League of Their Own' star first spoke about her 'shocking' new size in March after taking the Mounjaro to manage her diabetes, according to Daily Mail.

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a type 2 diabetes and weight loss drug, similar to Ozempic and Wegovy. Several celebrities, including Elon Musk, Meghan Trainor, and her husband Daryl Sabara, have recently admitted to using the drug.

"I am on Mounjaro for my diabetes, and one of the side effects is you lose weight," O’Donnell explained in tiktok uploaded at that time. "But [the weight loss] is also because I had a chef for over two years in Los Angeles, and I don't have a chef now. It's me cooking for [my child] Clay and me."

O’Donnell then described how she went to a clothing store in Dublin where she discovered she was a size large after previously wearing XL or XXL. "I find it shocking. I really do. I find it completely shocking," the mom-of-five expressed.

Being on Mounjaro has not only helped her lose weight, but it has also made her feel "healthier and sleeping better."

In January 2023, O'Donnell claimed that she had lost 10 pounds after taking the pill during the holiday season after her doctor prescribed it.

"I need to let you know I've lost 10lbs since Christmas," she said, adding she has been taking Mounjaro after a fan commented, ''You can't drop a bomb like that and not tell us HOW???'

"Okay, so like two months ago, my doctor put me on... not Ozempic, Mounjaro? Something like that, and Repath," she continued. "One I do every other week, and one I do once a week. And that and on Christmas, I stopped drinking anything except water."

‘'Now I have had champagne one night, that was a toast, and some wine one night, so it hasn't been 100% but I really stopped drinking like five or six Diet Cokes a day," the TV personality continued.
