MANHATTAN, NEW YORK CITY: Talent in Hollywood finds notice from unexpected quarters, as is clear after Jacob Elordi's recent appearance on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,' when he revealed an interesting fact about his budding career, 

The 'Euphoria' star revealed that Leonardo DiCaprio is enthralled with him which has contributed to Elordi's increased sense of celebrity.

The conversation with host Jimmy Fallon naturally veered towards 'Euphoria', the critically acclaimed drama in which Elordi plays the role of high school football star Nate Jacobs alongside the talented Zendaya.

When inquired about notable enthusiasts of the show, Elordi shared with Fallon, 49, that "the biggest one is Leonardo DiCaprio. Which sounds like a crazy name-drop and it is a crazy name-drop."

Elordi went on to disclose the intriguing story of discovering DiCaprio's admiration for his work.

He recounted, "And it is a crazy name-drop. But yeah, Leonardo DiCaprio, he came up to me in a club one time when I was sort of much younger".

"So, we're in this club, and there's really loud music and everything. And he's like, 'The shot in the first season, you know, the shot where you came in,'" Elordi continued, adding, "And it's him and me in the middle of this club, just ... discussing camera angles." 

Elordi mentioned that, during the unexpected encounter, DiCaprio was even sporting one of his cherished baseball caps.

Fallon then praised DiCaprio as "one of the greatest actors of all time," a sentiment that Elordi concurred with, "He's the GOAT (Greatest of All Time)," he added.

In another part of the interview, Elordi talked about the uncertainty surrounding the filming schedule for the upcoming season of Euphoria.

He mentioned not being aware of the exact timeframe but expressed hope that it would commence "soon" or else humorously suggested, "they'll have to Benjamin Button me or something."

In jest, the actor added, "I'm going to have a bad back... walking down the hallway."

"I'm assuming that we'll have to move forward, otherwise, it's going to seem like a weird bit," Elordi responded to Fallon's inquiry about whether the next season would be set in the future.

Fallon's interview also touched upon the blockbuster film 'Saltburn', where Elordi takes on the role of Felix Catton.

Elordi also discussed the now-viral bathtub scene from Saltburn, which has led to the creation and sale of candles inspired by Elordi's bathwater.

Directed by Emerald Fennell, the movie has garnered considerable attention during award season, earning two recent BAFTA nominations for Elordi.

Expressing his gratitude for the nominations in the categories of best supporting actor and rising star, the actor shared with Fallon that he felt honored to be mentioned alongside esteemed figures like Robert De Niro and Paul Mescal.

"I can't believe it; I admire these people," Elordi exclaimed.
