Sean 'Diddy' Combs awaits decision on bail in Manhattan court
Sean "Diddy" Combs, arrested in September and indicted on serious charges, has been denied bail twice by federal judges.
His most recent bail hearing took place on Friday, November 22, with Judge Arun Subramanian in Manhattan federal court.
During a heated two-hour session, the judge instructed both the US Attorney’s office and Combs’ defense team to clarify how he has been communicating while in custody.
Prosecutors allege that Combs has been "relentlessly" contacting potential witnesses, including victims of his alleged abuse.
They further accused him of using his children to influence potential jurors through a social media campaign.
Defense attorneys countered by suggesting Combs reside in a three-bedroom Upper East Side apartment if granted bail as per People. It is the living arrangement he proposed to the judge at his latest bond hearing.
