Shannen Doherty received $6M mansion, Salvador Dali painting in divorce settlement a day before her death
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Shannen Doherty left no business unfinished as she settled her divorce with her photographer ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko, just a day before she died on July 13.
The ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ actress finalized her divorce from her husband of 11 years just a day before her passing away at the age of 53 after suffering from stage four metastatic breast cancer.
As per the court documents obtained by In Touch per OK! Magazine, both Doherty and Iswarienko agreed to the terms of the divorce on July 12.

Per the news publication, the ‘Charmed’ actress received all rights to her $6 million Malibu mansion, including the rights to the entirety of furniture, art, and personal property left inside the house.
As part of the art collection, she also gained the ownership of a Salvador Dali painting. Moreover, she also received the rights to several bank and retirement accounts.
Additionally, her SAG producers pension plan and her production company were also left to her ownership. The actress was also allowed to keep all her premarital and post-separation earnings from ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ and ‘Charmed’.
Among the automobiles, she received a 1979 Ford Pickup Truck, a 2007 Range Rover and a 2019 Range Rover.
Previously, it was reported that Doherty filed for divorce in April 2023 after 11 years of marriage.
The former couple had a contentious divorce battle before they finally agreed to a "default or uncontested dissolution" of their marriage on July 12. This agreement finally allowed them to mutually finalize their divorce proceedings.
Per the documents obtained by People, "The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court.”
The documents further elaborated on their share of property as regulated by the court.
According to the documents obtained by In Touch, Doherty was to receive portions from her ex-husband’s earnings as well.
The court ordered, "Petitioner shall receive one-half of all licensing/syndication fees that [Kurt] receives from any and all WORKS ('WORK(S)' as used herein means all photographs, images, and graphics, including still photographs, panoramic images, video recordings, and virtual tours, taken or created by [Kurt], and any derivative works of such photographs or other images, intended to be licensed, exhibited, distributed or otherwise released to any individual or entity through media such as catalogs, brochures, magazines, newspapers, journals, films, television, slides, negatives, prints or computer communications such as the Internet or other means now known or hereafter developed) in his archive, as contained in the inventory list provided below at Paragraph 6.3, that are licensable but were not done as 'works for hire,' created by [Kurt] during the parties’ marriage (October 15, 2011 through January 15, 2023)."

Iswarienko, on the other hand, was also left with substantial assets from their divorce settlements.
According to the documents, he received their Mooney M-20 airplane. Nevertheless, he has to pay $100,000 to his late wife to even out the exchange.
Apart from that, he further received a 1975 Gibson Les Paul custom black beauty guitar, a 1980 Gibson ES-335 walnut guitar, a 2014 Gibson J45 custom acoustic guitar and a restored Garard mono + stereo record player.
Like Doherty, Iswarienko received the rights to multiple bank accounts as well along with earning the interest in his companies.
However, the court ordered that the renowned photographer “shall buy out Petitioner’s interest in his lighting, camera, and digital equipment for the sum of $10,000.”
Previously, it was revealed that the former couple agreed to sell their shared home in Dripping Springs, Texas.
