In recent months, Osbourne has been transparent about her quitting the use of Ozempice, an FDA-approved prescription medication for people diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

In November 2023, Osbourne revealed that she weighs under 100 lbs and shared that she lost a lot more weight than she wanted from Ozempic.

In April 2023, Osbourne  who has also had cosmetic surgeries including breast implants, lifts to her leg and arms, a tummy tuck, Botox, and fillers, spoke about her October 2021 facelift that left her with one eye appearing lower than the other.
