LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sharon Osbourne opened up about her “biggest mistake” while managing husband Ozzy Osbourne's career during an appearance on Billy Corgan's ‘The Magnificent Others’ podcast.

During the February 19 episode of the podcast, the music manager told Corgan, “He got offered to go and read for Pirates of the Caribbean, and I've never said this to anyone. I said no,” as per PEOPLE.

“Now wouldn't he have been perfect?” Sharon asked. To which the host replied, “He would have been perfect! Maybe it’s not too late, but God bless.”



 

“Because when Johnny ... wanted Keith to be a pirate, you remember?” she said while referring to English musician Keith Richards, who starred in ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End' and 'Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’ as Captain Teague.

This came after earlier this month, the 72-year-old TV personality disclosed that her singer husband can no longer walk because of Parkinson's disease. He, however, will reunite with Black Sabbath’s members at Villa Park on July 5 for a final performance.

She shared, “He’s very happy to be coming back and very emotional about this.”

Sharon further explained, “Parkinson’s is a progressive disease. It’s not something you can stabilize. It affects different parts of the body, and it’s affected his legs. But his voice is as good as it’s ever been.”

During another interview, she added, “Ozzy didn't have a chance to say goodbye to his friends, to his fans, and he feels there's been no full stop. This is his full stop.”

Ozzy Osbourne claims to do things ‘actively’

Besides, the 76-year-old songwriter himself confirmed on the SiriusXM channel Ozzy Osbourne's 'Boneyard' that he’s “not planning on doing a set with Black Sabbat,h but I am doing little bits and pieces with them. I am doing what I can where I feel comfortable.”

“I am trying to get back on my feet. When you get up in the morning, you just jump out of bed. I have to balance myself, but I’m not dead. I’m still actively doing things,” he added, as per Billboard.

Ozzy Osbourne calls Birmingham ‘true home of metal’

During the February announcement of the Black Sabbath’s last show, the legend said, “It’s my time to go back to the beginning … time for me to give back to the place where I was born,” as per PEOPLE.

“How blessed am I to do it with the help of people whom I love! Birmingham is the true home of metal. Birmingham forever,” Ozzy asserted.
