CHICAGO, ILLINOIS: Simone Biles became the most decorated gymnast in American history upon her return after winning three gold and one silver medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

In demand, Biles is a woman fresh off another spectacular Olympics. The gymnast's demand is so great that she might have to skip supporting her NFL spouse this season.

Biles, who wed Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens in 2023, informed her devoted followers that she would be unable to make it to many of her husband's NFL games this season.

Adding to her already impressive collection of medals, the 27-year-old Olympic all-around champion from the Paris Games, won three more gold and one silver this summer in the French city.

Knowing that her spouse, Chicago Bears safety Owens, was present to support her helped keep Biles grounded throughout the international competition.

Biles showed her affection by enthusiastically cheering on her husband when the Bears defeated the Cincinnati Bengals in Soldier Field on August 17, the second preseason game.

However, medals come with responsibilities, and Biles admitted that while she enjoys the glittering glow of her accomplishments, she would have to make some compromises.

Although supporters were expecting Biles to cheer "Bear down!" at every game this season, schedule difficulties will prevent that from happening.

With just over two weeks until the 2024 season begins, the decorated gymnast acknowledged in a TikTok video that her post-Olympic responsibilities will keep her too busy to support her spouse at Soldier Field and on the road this year.

"I don't know how many games I'll be able to make because in a few weeks we go on tour, and if you guys aren't aware, it's the Gold Over America tour. I think right now we're doing about 32 stops," Biles revealed, per Daily Mail.

Biles might, however, be able to attend the Bears' September 8 season opener against the Tennessee Titans, as well as the second half of the schedule and the postseason, should Chicago win a postseason spot.

The latest update followed after Biles turned up at Soldier Field donning a customized jacket that featured Owens from the Bears' division rival Green Bay Packers.

The jacket, which included action photos of Owens wearing the Green Bay Packers uniform with the distinctive "G" symbol on the shoulders, was probably bought by Biles during Owens' final season there in 2017.

Simone Biles set to make 30 stops across the United States for traveling gymnastics exhibition

The Gold Over America tour, a traveling gymnastics display, will begin on September 16 in Oceanside, California, and will feature several gymnastics stars, including Biles and her gold-medal-winning USA colleagues, Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, and Hezly Rivera.

It will travel around the country for 30 stops until coming to an end in Detroit on November 3, which is also Week 9 of the NFL schedule and the halfway mark of the regular season.

Similar showcase tournaments were formerly organized by USA Gymnastics. According to financial documents, the organization made $2.6 million in profit in 2016 from the Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics Champions, per Sportico.com.

Athleta will sponsor the 2024 tour, which will include men's gymnasts Paul Juda, Fred Richard, Brody Malone, and Stephen Nedoroscik. However, the show will still undoubtedly be dedicated to Biles.

With almost 12 million Instagram followers, Biles has basically surpassed the usual Olympic cycle of two weeks every four years for fan and sponsor attention. She will now reap the benefits of a growing interest in live events, especially among youth.

In May, Biles stated, "I think that would be amazing, to [do a tour] after every Olympic cycle. I think that would be a beautiful thing." It appears as though the GOAT is here to stay, whether or not she attends LA28.
