Cori Broadus asks 'what did I do in my past to deserve all this' amid health scare

On Thursday, January 18, Broadus posted a picture of herself in the hospital on her Instagram Story and wrote, "I had a severe stroke this am. I started breaking down crying when they told me. Like I’m only 24, what did I do in my past to deserve all of this."

In her update, Broadus shared was on her way to get a CT scan of her chest "to see exactly what caused my stroke."

In a video update, she showed the collection of flowers she had received from her loved ones. "Thank you thank you," she wrote, adding a teary-eyed emoji.

“When I get out I’m going to share everything more in-depth for real,” she shared. In a previous health update, Broadus shared her "kidneys were doing terrible" at the time of her stroke though doctors confirmed they were "improving so much."
