NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Hailey Bieber’s father Stephen Baldwin recently praised his daughter Hailey Bieber for supporting his son-in-law Justin Bieber as the singer finds himself embroiled in the ongoing scandal involving his former mentor, Sean "Diddy" Combs.

This praise comes amid resurfaced footage involving both Sean 'Diddy' Combs and Justin Bieber, which has brought up painful memories for the singer.

Stephen Baldwin calls Justin Bieber 'one of the bravest artists ever'

In an interview with Daily Mail, Stephen called Justin "one of the bravest artists ever" as the pop star faces emotional challenges linked to his past association with Diddy.

The rapper, who was once a close mentor to Justin during his teenage years, has been accused of sex trafficking among other things, claims which Diddy has firmly denied.

Amid these revelations, Justin, 30, is reportedly feeling "disgusted" and wants "nothing to do with" Diddy.

Baldwin, 58, emphasized how crucial Hailey has been for Justin during these trying times.

“I am just glad he connected with a great gal to help him survive,” Baldwin stated, praising his daughter’s unwavering support.

'The Usual Suspects' actor added, “Their happiness and their wellbeing and their health is more obviously now better than ever," acknowledging the strength and support Hailey has provided her husband during what several reports have described as the “worst time of his life.”

This praise comes also at a pivotal moment for the couple, who welcomed their first child, Jack Blues Bieber, in August.

Justin Bieber's past footage with Diddy sparks outrage

The footage in question, filmed when Justin Bieber was still a minor, has stirred controversy.

In one video, Diddy talks about spending 48 hours with a young Bieber, calling it a “15-year-old’s dream.”

Reportedly, these unsettling revelations have only compounded the public's concern following Diddy's September arrest on charges of sex trafficking.

However, Justin has not publicly commented on Diddy’s arrest or the resurfaced videos.

Justin's silence has been notable as he maintains a low profile, reportedly relying heavily on Hailey’s support during this period.

Despite the stress of these resurfaced allegations, Baldwin emphasized that Hailey and Justin are “happier than ever” and are focusing on their family life rather than the Hollywood spotlight.

He mentioned that the couple is now devoting more time to their son, Jack Blues Bieber.

"They’re just spending really sweet, private quality time with Jack Blues Bieber, and we’re just getting ready to watch him come out on the world here, come out on the scene," Baldwin shared, offering a glimpse into the couple’s current priorities.

Meanwhile, Diddy faces a slew of legal challenges, including sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

His legal team is pushing for the identities of the alleged victims to be revealed, arguing that it is essential for a fair defense.

The allegations and ongoing legal battles are casting a shadow over both Diddy’s career and the music industry, as more details continue to emerge.
