LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Stephen Baldwin, the father of Justin Bieber's wife, Hailey Bieber, was seen hyping a party for Sean "Diddy" Combs, also known as P Diddy, in a resurfaced video, as per The Mirror.

The video shows the actor, Oprah Winfrey, former president Donald Trump, and others inviting A-listers in Hollywood to one of the rapper's infamous parties in 1998.

Diddy was arrested on September 16 over a slew of charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.

In the 11-page indictment, the rapper was accused of arranging "freak off" parties, and apparent supplies connected to these parties were confiscated by law enforcement during the raids of his Los Angeles and Miami properties.

Diddy was a mentor to teen pop sensation Justin, who has sparked concern among his fans as he was seen looking "thin" and "gaunt" following the music mogul's arrest. The 'Baby' singer hasn't commented on Diddy's incarceration or the concerning allegations brought against him.

Apart from Stephen Baldwin, Oprah, and Donald Trump, a slew of celebrities were spotted in the clip, which began with actor Danny DeVito saying, "That’s right, Puff Daddy is having a party, and this is Puff Daddy inviting you to come! Let’s have a ball!"

The clip is part of a VHS tape that was shared with the rich and the powerful of New York and Los Angeles to invite them to a gala for Diddy's 29th birthday as per Page Six.

Derek Jeter, Ellen DeGeneres, Chris Rock, Mariah Carey, Magic Johnson, Will Smith, Ben Stiller, Joan Rivers, Wyclef Jean, Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, Tommy Hilfiger, Clive Davis, Ronald Perelman, Penny Marshall, and Robin Leach, among others, were spotted on the tape encouraging fellow celebrities to attend the event.

The invite list featured over 1,500 names, as per The Mirror. In addition to those spotted in the video, stars who were in attendance include Henry Winkler, Aerin Lauder, Mike Tyson, Minnie Driver, Mark Wahlberg, Lenny Kravitz, Kevin Costner, Sarah Ferguson, Martha Stewart, Jay-Z, and Naomi Cambell.

Diddy's arrest has led to the resurfacing of old clips, including ones featuring the rapper and a teenage Justin, which many found disturbing.

In a clip from their joint appearance on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' in 2011, Diddy joked, "He knows better than to be talking about the things that he does with big brother Puff on national television. Everything ain’t for everybody."

In another video, Diddy said, "Where we hanging out and what we doing, we can’t really disclose, but it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream." He added, "I don’t have legal guardianship of him [Bieber], but for the next 48 hours, he’s with me. We gonna go full buck full crazy."

Following the indictment, attorneys representing a group of 120 individuals came forward saying they would soon file lawsuits against Diddy for assault.

Diddy's lawyer, Erica Wolff, disputed the accusations, referring to them as "meritless" and part of "a reckless media circus."
