LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Stephen "tWitch" Boss' widow Allison Holker's revelations about her husband's alleged addiction struggles, including tragic and profoundly emotional moments, has infuriated reality star Candiace Dillard.

In a recent interview, Holker disclosed that she discovered drugs hidden in her husband's shoeboxes, including pills, mushrooms, and "other substances I had to look up on my phone," weeks after his death, as per Daily Mail.

Candiace Dillard slams Allison Holker for failing to protect Stephen 'tWitch' Boss' 'legacy'

The 'Real Housewives of Potomac' alum took to X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, January 7, to write, "I’m not even gonna say it. But this white woman is doing everything BUT protecting her Black children and her Black husband‘s legacy. She could’ve kept this in her therapist’s office. SMH."

The post included a link to Holker's interview with People, where she talked about how Boss, who died by suicide in December 2022 at the age of 40, concealed a "cornucopia" of drugs from her.

After a netizen pointed out that Holker's goal might have been "to make people aware of mental illness/drug abuse, recognize the signs and eliminate the stigma," Dillard responded that she could have shared such an intimate story with a different outlet than People.

"She could've just easily taken this story to Essence or Ebony where care would have been taken to share such a tragically intimate story of a Black man's plight against himself," Dillard wrote.

Stephen 'tWitch' Boss' family and friends accuse Allison Holker of exploiting and lying about him

Candiace Dillard was not the only one who criticized Allison Holker for her interview, Stephen "tWitch" Boss' family and friends also took to social media to vent their frustration, including one of his cousins, Elle.

Elle wrote on X, "He wasn’t an addict. He smoked weed and was actively trying to quit. He wasn’t some junkie." The cousin also claimed that Holker "won’t let our family see the kids"—Maddox, eight, Zaia, five, and Weslie, 16 (whom Boss adopted).

In a second tweet, she accused Holker of requiring the family to sign non-disclosure agreements to attend his funeral.

Elle wrote, "Yeah idgaf about an NDA. This crazy woman made me and his actual family including sign an NDA just to even attend the funeral."

"She’s been trying to tarnish his legacy and refuses to let the Boss family see the children. Only to exploit and LIE on my cousin. Hell no," she claimed about Holker.

In a long Instagram post, Courtney Ann Platt, a close friend of the former DJ/dancer from the 'Ellen DeGeneres Show', reiterated Elle's statements.

Platt wrote, "This is by far the most tacky, classless, opportunistic act I have ever seen in my entire life," referring to Holker's most recent interview with People, when she touted her upcoming memoir, 'This Far'.
