NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA: Super Bowl 2025 has come to a dramatic close, with the Philadelphia Eagles emerging victorious over the Kansas City Chiefs, clinching a 40-22 win at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.

While the Chiefs' defeat is dominating headlines, it's a fiery moment from the broadcast that's catching everyone’s attention.

A commentator's savage dig at Travis Kelce, as his girlfriend Taylor Swift was shown cheering him on from the stands, has sparked a whirlwind of chatter.

As the Eagles claimed their second championship, the Chiefs fell short of making NFL history by becoming the first team to win three consecutive Super Bowls.

A widely shared 10-second clip on X by user @wishescametrue captured Taylor Swift at Super Bowl 2025 while a Fox commentator made a brutal roast of Travis Kelce. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end struggled to recall his 93 yards and nine catches from the 2024 Super Bowl, and the commentator was quick to remind everyone of his performance.

With the Philadelphia Eagles leading 17-0 before halftime, the commentator took a jab at Kelce while his beau, Swift, watched from the stands. The video’s caption shared the commentator's claim about what he said when Swift appeared on camera: "Well Taylor Swift is in attendance but she hasn't had much to cheer about yet because Travis Kelce hasn't caught a ball."

But Kelce quickly turned things around, catching four passes from quarterback Patrick Mahomes for 39 yards. Mahomes himself threw for 257 yards and three touchdowns, though two turnovers led to Eagles scores. After the Chiefs' loss, Kelce appeared visibly emotional in his post-game interview, admitting that "a lot of things were going wrong."

He explained, “I think there were a lot of things going wrong. The whole night, it was an accumulative of everything. It's going to hurt.”

Rumors about Kelce’s potential retirement began circulating, but it’s important to note that just days before the highly anticipated game, he expressed hopes of continuing to play football in the years to come. "I love doing this. I love coming into work every day. I feel like I still got a lot of good football left in me," he said.

He added, "We'll see what happens. I know I've been setting myself up for other opportunities in my life. That's always been the goal, knowing that football only lasts for so long."

However, Kelce concluded, "For the most part, I’m planning on being a Kansas City Chief and playing football," as per Unilad.
